We offer free international shipping on all orders.

Depending on the destination country we make use of the following four shipping companies: FedEx, DHL, UPS & GLS

Each order parcel comes with tracking and insurance.

For certain orders depending on the destination country there can occur customs fees, those fees are covered by the customer themselves. Each shipping company has different operating procedures, but usually all of them will notify the recipient via the tracking number link or via phone & email. This is also why it is very important to provide both phone and email upon order, for us to make sure that both we and the shipping providers can get in contact with you.

Delivery times:

 Once an item has finished and is being shipped out it usually takes 2-4 business days for European shipments and between 3-10 business days for all other international shipments. Please note that for shipments were customs charges occur there can be a longer delivery time, due to the process of customs clearance. 

Production times:

As all of our items are made upon order for the unique customer, there is a production time of around 3-5 weeks. This production time starts from when an order has been confirmed and can be either faster or slower depending on the order size or the difficulty of the order. We try to do our best to keep it within the usual order production time of 3-5 weeks and should there be a delay the customer is informed via one of the contact methods given during ordering, usually via e-mail.
