Products and Pricing All products listed on this website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, to reject all or any part of an order, or to discontinue products without prior notice. We also reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Ordering and Payment Orders may be placed through this website by adding the selected products to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount due, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges. We accept payment by credit card or other payment methods as indicated on this website.

Given the nature and value of the products and that they are all made upon order, we reserve the right to put a hold on production of an order before full confirmation of a payment. We may also reserve the right to request additional information from the buyer of an order, should we or our payment provider find it suspicious. These safety procedures are put in place to make sure that we can continue to deliver our quality products to our true buyers and flush away any potential suspicious order attempts. Keep in mind that if this is the case for an order, the time for production and delivery can in such a case become delayed and take longer than the usual stated production times.


Shipping and Delivery We will ship your order to the address you provide during the checkout process. We will use reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time, but we do not guarantee delivery by any specific date or time. Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you upon delivery. You are responsible for any customs duties or other taxes imposed by your country.

Returns and Refunds You understand that most of our items are made on order items, which means they are custom for you. returns and refunds of items can happen if an item arrives damaged or otherwise not in the condition as advertised.
Should it be the case that an item arrives and for some reason the customer is fully dissatisfied we will offer the option for return & refund under our discretion. The return period is 14 days from receiving the item.

Intellectual Property All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of our jewelry brand or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or transmit any content on this website without our prior written permission.

Although this is ridiculous, we still have to write it. Some of our designs may have specific geometric shapes, spikes and similar, which can in a wrong situation cause injury. We are not reliable for any of such injury and expect people to wear our jewelry with care and common sense.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of this website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Credit Card Fraud and Similar Fraud You understand and agree that the course creators shall not be liable for any fraudulent activities, including but not limited to credit card fraud or similar fraud, that may occur as a result of your use of my website or enrollment in the course.

Governing Law These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our jewelry brand is located. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to modify or discontinue these terms and conditions at any time, but such modifications or discontinuation will not affect any purchases made prior to the date of such modification or discontinuation. We also reserve the right to change the prices and availability of our products at any time without prior notice.

Warranty Statement (watches)



We warrant that our watch(s) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. During this period, we will repair or replace, at our sole discretion, any parts found to be defective in material or workmanship.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs or modifications. This includes, but is not limited to, damage resulting from exposure to water or moisture beyond the stated water resistance rating.

To ensure the water resistance of your luxury watch, please follow these guidelines:

- Do not operate the crown or pushers while the watch is submerged in water.
- Do not expose the watch to hot water or steam.
- If the watch comes into contact with salt water, rinse it thoroughly with fresh water and dry it immediately.
- Have the watch tested for water resistance periodically by an authorized service center.
- Please note that this warranty is void if the watch has been opened or serviced by anyone other than an authorized service center. Additionally, this warranty is only valid if the watch was purchased from an authorized dealer.

According to the guidelines of what can be done according to the ATM/Meter rating of your particular watch. Please follow the guidelines in the schematic. For most of our watches which come with a "3 atm / 30 m" rating, that means you can do things such as wash hands, go in the rain, wash your car. However don't take the watch in the shower, swimming or diving or other activites which include the same exposure to water.

To make a claim under this warranty, please contact us at contact@talidara.com Proof of purchase and item identification will be required.

This warranty does not cover any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the watch.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this warranty at any time, but such modifications or discontinuation will not affect any warranty claims that have already arisen. We also reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this warranty at any time, but such changes will not apply retroactively.

Refund & Returns policy

By making a purchase from us (Talidara) you acknowledge and accept the following refund policy.

We appreciate your business and are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our valued customers.

Please note that because of the custom nature of the products made and designed by Talidara, we do not offer refunds for any products or services, with the exception of defective or damaged items. If your item arrives in a defunct or broken condition, it is covered by our warranty and we will take care of it according to our warranty guidelines.

We understand that receiving a defective or damaged item can be frustrating. If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately at customers@talidara.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that our warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or other non-manufacturing issues.
